This is Be Home: a real estate agency that focuses on the person, with their needs and desires, both those expressed and the most intrinsic. We are located in Salò and since 1998 we have been operating in an area that we know well and love, which goes from the south of Lake Garda to the border with Trentino.

The agency is based on a solid couple, in private life, as well as at work. David and Lorenza have always put themselves on the line, strongly believing in their synergy to create the company that today is a point of reference for many people.

David Ghys

Graduated as a surveyor, David has been involved in real estate since 1995, founding his agency only three years later. Since then, he has never stopped believing in the added human value, which distinguishes his business. Today, together with his wife Lorenza, he is the general manager and manages all phases of the sale.

Lorenza Meggiarin

With a particular sensitivity, Lorenza empathizes with customers, trying to fully understand their desires. Professionalism and methodology characterize it. Together with David he takes care of the rental part.

Part of the team for over ten years, Federica is our strong point for the administration: she takes care of the back office, and the management of the "traffic", here always lively.
